Brand disappeared

I had two saved brands in my library and one of them disappeared? Logos, images, etc all gone. Only remains is a few colors from the palette and fonts. What happened?

    The same thing happened: lots of time was invested in creating the brand and trying the product. No luck, lots of frustration.
