Brand folder empty

Hi there 

 

This is the second time this has happened.I open Adobe Express to create content and suddenly my Brand are no longer there. Entirely empty.

 

Kindly explain and also recover my world please.

Hi @stuartvt, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! 

 

This shouldn't be happening! Do you happen to get an error message pop-up, or does the page not load when you try to access Brands? Are you trying to access brands from the left side panel or from the editor window?

 

Can you please share a screenrecording of the workflow you're following and the experience you're getting? Also, can you test once in private/incognito browsing mode to see if that makes any difference?

Thank you for your reply.

I found the Brand folders in my Library in the Creative Cloud Windows
Desktop. The Library and Brands folders are not avaialbe in Adobe Express.
The connection between the Creative Cloud Libraries and the Adobe Express
seems to be the problem.

Kindly advise remedy.

Until then, could you try working on any other recommended browser (Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) and share your observations?
