Brand folder missing from 'your stuff'

I can no longer see the ‘Brands’ folder that I created under ‘Your stuff’.

The only way I can see it is if I start a new piece of artwork, and ‘Brands’ only then appears down the left side bar, but without control over the folder.

I’m logged into the correct account, I’ve logged out / in, tried incognito, tried another browser but it’s still the same.

I’m still a ‘premium member’ and I created these templates for colleagues to use. Now I’ve created a new template, I can’t seem to add it as it just doesn’t seem to exist anymore.

I’ve tried searching for it, adding it to my library but the editing capabilities are no longer there.

Is there a way this can be recovered so it fully appears again?
