brand kits

the brand kits are not loading on the page or when making tiles. The created kits show in my illustrator app library and when I make a new one it shows in illustrator, but still wont show on the brand kits page

We're sorry to hear about this. Is it happening in all projects ot the new ones? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
