Colors are not loading/undefined, but library is synced across other Adobe programs (Ai, InD, etc.)

    Thanks for your patience. Could you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
