Brand not sharing across organization

I created a brand yestesterday and set the sharing as "Everyone at MYCOMPANY can view and use".

Today someone inside the MYCOMPANY org tried to use it and they don't see it by default can't search for it.  I confirmed they are logged into the organization properly. They were able to access the brand by using the "Anyone with the link can view and use".

This is on the web version of Adobe Express, premium membership.

Hi @brian_9406,

Welcome to the community, and sorry for running into this.

I understand how frustrating this can be, and I’m here to help. Please try the following:

  • Check the Admin Console at https://adobe.ly/3WYE37t to ensure the brand is linked to your organization and team profiles are correct.
  • In Adobe Express, go to Brands, select the brand, and choose Share with Team.
  • Confirm permissions and that everyone is under the same organization license.
  • Log out and back in to refresh changes.

If the issue persists, please share the Project ID with us and confirm access is granted so we can investigate further.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation—we appreciate it!

Where does it show brands on the Admin Console?

On the brand I have it set to:
[cid:37ae5dc4-0648-4d22-b898-e7602a044ff5]

But I can't add everyone indivindually given the size of the org. I want the brand to show up by default on everyone's Brand view.

They CAN find it if they go Brands > Browse Shared Brands, but trying to remove this step.

I don't know what you mean by Project ID, there is no project this is just a standalone brand.

Hi @brian_9406,

Thanks for reaching out. If your brand is not shared across the organisation, it usually means the feature is managed at the enterprise or team level.

Please contact your Adobe account administrator to confirm that your brand settings and permissions are correctly configured for organisation-wide sharing.

Regards,

Tarun
