Brand Not Syncing to Mobile + No Emojis on Desktop

I created a brand on Adobe Express desktop, but it isn't syncing to the mobile version. I had two older brands that were showing up, but not the new one. Then I updated my app, and now none are showing up lol. 

 

I am seeing from some other posts on this forum that this is a known issue with the new app. Any idea when this will be resolved?

 

Also, I noticed another issue specific to desktop, which is the lack of support for emojis. Is this going to be resolved as well/is there a workaround for it? I tried downloading/adding the apple color emoji font, but that doesn't make the system translate them, it only links certain emojis to certain keys, which is pretty much useless.

    Hi @alexs32386939

     

    A quick summary:

     

    1. Desktop uses the new version of Express
    2. Mobile apps are still on the previous version of Express
      • there is no syncing between these two
    3. Beta versions of mobile apps on the new version of Express are due soon
      • files and brands will sync with Desktop
      • there may be a waitlist and device eligibility checks

     

    As for emoji support, there haven't been any new developments that I am aware of but you can follow updates here: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express/suggestions/46728127-emoji-support-in-text
