Hi there,

somehow a whole Branding Folder including Logos, Colors, Fonts and Templates disappeared, for me and my clients. This is really frustrating, since I spent a long time creating everything just find out everything has disappeared. I can find some of the Templates in my library, although i never saved them there.

I'm using the same E-Mail to log in, I tried deleting cache, all the steps that were have recommendend in other threads, but it won't come back.
Please help, as I really don't want to do it all over again?!

Hi there,

I have treid all of the above, but nothing seems to work. The branding folder is still gone. The branding was shared with two of my clients, who also experience the same problem. I luckily duplicated all the assets into a library, which is still there and accessible. I have found a few of the missing templates in "my stuff" but they all had the same name for whatever reason. So I had to open each file, re-name them, save and move them into a new branding folder. I have also saved (what I could find) in a library, just in case the new brandfolder disappears on me and my clients again.
Is there really no solution to get my original Branding Folder back?!

Hi @Melissa23958107vqe9,

Thanks for the update — and we completely understand how frustrating this must be.

Since some templates were still accessible, your content may not be fully lost. Please also try this additional step:

  • Sign out of Adobe Express and sign back in using the same Adobe ID. This can refresh your workspace and sometimes restore missing folders.

In addition, we recommend:

  • Searching “My Stuff” by date or keyword to spot any unnamed or misplaced items.

  • Checking the “Shared with you” section in case the folder was reclassified.

  • Rebuilding your Branding Folder from saved Library items — this can reestablish sync and structure.

If anything remains unclear, we're happy to guide you through the process — just let us know!

Hi @Melissa23958107vqe9,

We understand how frustrating it must be to lose your branding folder and assets. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Here are a few steps that may help restore your content:

  1. Check Your Libraries – Some templates may still be accessible through your Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries, even if they weren’t manually saved there.

  2. Confirm Your Login – Make sure you're logged in with the correct Adobe ID—the same email address used to set up your branding.

  3. Try Clearing Your Cache – You’ve already attempted this, but it sometimes helps to clear cache and cookies again and restart your browser.

  4. Use Incognito Mode – Open Adobe Express in a private browsing window to see if your branding folder appears.

  5. Check Your Internet & Network Settings – Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that Adobe’s endpoints are allowed on your network.

If the issue persists, please don’t hesitate to reach out again—we’re here to help!
