Brands and Libraries NOT LOADING

Brands and Libraries have failed to load FOR DAYS. This is really effecting my ability to complete projects. I can see why many are switching to Canva.....

The issue that led to brands/libraries not loading today is resolved now.

(noted that you have been seeing on an off before today as well)

Reporting back that Adobe Express just randomly began to load libraries and brands agains ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

However I will say this is still a frequent occurrence it was just more persistant today

I'm having the exact same problem it's persistent across browsers and after clearing caches and history.

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when you have been seeing this issue? Did you recently install any third-party extensions or plugins on your browser? Also, Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.

 

If you've enabled the pop-up blocker on your browser you're working on, try disabling it and let us know if that helps.
