Brands disappeared

This is happening to me both on the android app (latest version) and through chrome on windows.

 

I went to choose a colour from one of my brands in a project and it just kept spinning. No ability to choose a brand.

 

Going to my brands page it prompts me to create a brand.

 

I have 2 brands, both with various assests saved in them which have now gone, right at the point where I had them working perfectly for me. I have not deleted them.

 

I now can't work without them or if I do it would be very slow pulling up my brand boards to manually input colour codes, refind the fonts I even have custom fonts uploaded to one brand )which are thankfully still in the uploaded fonts list)

I cannot update the app any, reloading doesn't help neither does refreshing the webpage.

and they are back, literally went away to finish a household job left my tabs open and it's all come back like nothing happened.(this would be the tab on chrome that had a cache refresh about an hour ago and hasn't been touched since.

I created them I don't have anything that I use that is shared to me.

@Amitej S Sadly clearing my cache or incognito mode doesn't make any difference to being able to access my brands.

This has happened before where they disapeared and that has worked (it's one of the first things I try) but that is not working in this case.

Thanks for the confirmation, @Scarlet Impressions. Can you also confirm whether someone else shared the 2 (missing) brands with you or if you created them?

We understand your frustration. This shouldn't be happening. Would you mind trying once after clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that makes any difference? You can also try working with a different recommended browser or in incognito/private browsing mode. 

I tried working with brands in my account, and I could find and use all the brands created over time without any issues, both on mobile and web versions.
