Brands not functioning correctly

I’ve been trying to create a brand, but as soon as I do, it’s nowhere to be found on the iPad app. Everyone I’ve crated shows up in my libraries on desktop, but doesn’t in the app. SOS it seems like a wonderful feature that I would love to use.

    Hi ​@AudreKoral, This shouldn’t be happening.

    Could you try signing out and back into the app to see if that makes a difference? Also, please confirm if you’re able to create brands using the web app.

     

    If possible, share a quick screen recording of what you’re seeing on the iPad so we can take a closer look. It would also help if you include your device model, iOS version, and the installed Adobe Express app version.
