Hi @David__B 
Thanks for answer but all of these don't work. 
I can create a new artwork but when I want duplicate (with AI or not) I have the same bug. I don't understand whats happening. It's all the time the same alert message. 

Help me please 🙏 Thanks very much for your help

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you try these if you haven't already as some initial troubleshooting steps?

  • Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
  • Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/4mLW5pd
  • Try creating a duplicate instance of the file and test from there
