Sorry to hear about the issue and for not helping you earlier.

Can you specify what browser you're using? A different browser or private/incognito browsing mode makes any difference.

Moreover, make sure your internet connection is stable. Sometimes, closing the tab and reopening it may help.

Try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser. If the issue persists, please send a screenshot or a screen recording so we can see what you're experiencing.
