We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, can you share the screen recording of the issue you're having? 

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies & let us know if that helps.
