Bug in Adobe Express Instagram scheduling? regarding post size

I am unable to schedule any posts, since Adobe Express (using the browser version)  has not updated to the new instagram post format. It it stuck in the 1080 x 1080 px, that used to be the format for posts. But that was a while ago!

Please update this asap,  since this makes the scheduler for instagram posts completely non-usable

I am still having issues with this! My posts are already set to the 1080x1350 formatt BUT Adobe Scheduler keeps asking me to re-size them anyways. It does not seem to recognize the format?
Sometimes, with carousel posts it accept the first 4 pages, but then all of a sudden no longer reconize the format at page 5.

I don't use Adobe Express to create any of my assets, but Illustrator. It seems ridicilous needing to use an extra tool to re-size already correctly sized assets in an extra tool?

Hi @Nathalie Szegner,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Could you please share a screen recording of the issue you're seeing? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

Hi @Nathalie Szegner ,

Thanks for reaching out!

Good news — Instagram Portrait posts are supported in Adobe Express! To use the new format, simply resize your design to the Portrait dimensions (1080 × 1350 px) in the editor. Once updated, you can send it back to the post composer for scheduling or publishing.

We know this extra step isn’t ideal, and we're actively working on an improvement that will let you resize directly within the post composer — no need to go back to the editor.

Thanks for your patience and for helping us improve the workflow.

Best regards,

Hey @Nathalie Szegner, Welcome to our Adobe Express community!

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome)? Is it happening just on Instagram, or are other social platforms also showing similar behavior? Is it specific to this project? Try once from incognito/private browsing mode and share your observations.

Best,

Amitej
