I can no longer add and replace images in a webpage. The option to add the image is no longer there. This is the case for glideshows and single images.

Hi @Lyn_D

Thanks for your reply. I've tried it on different browsers but the problem is there on both Chrome and Brave, so I dont think this is a browser issue. Could you please test a project with a full screen image before and after you present and you'll see what I mean.

Everything displays nicely until you click the play icon, then the images are rendered in low resolution. The screenshot shows the image in the rain before and after you click play to present it. You can see te difference on he 2 small thumbnail images (below) and when viewed on a large screen the images appear even worse, they're not fuctional and look terrible! (Such a shame for a platform which should be using images to great effect)

Hoping you can flag this as an issue/bug and find a fix?

Thanks in advance

Matt 🙂

Hi Lyn

Thanks for your reply. I think at the time I was using the Firefox browser which I think isnt supported. So I've switched back to Googe chrome when editing projects in Adobe Express and that allowed me to upload or change an image.

The issue which still persists is when you click the 'Present' icon. The page goes full screen but renders the images in low resolution and it looks terrible. Therfore I can't use the present feature which is a shame.

If you could please log this as a bug/issue, it would be great to see a fix for this and hopefully I can start presenting my projects properley.

Thanks in advance

Matt Selby

Hi

@Matt Selby

,

We're sorry to hear about the issue you're seeing. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

If that doesn't help, is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue you're seeing? We're here to help, just need some info.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi @Matt Selby,

Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry you're having trouble.

I just spotted your post and wanted to find out if you still require help, as it has been a while since this was last reported, and sadly, I haven't been able to replicate this issue.

Please let me know how things are going, as I'm here to support you in any way I can, and looking forward to hearing from you.
