Buggy and slow

Took hours to try and get it doing what I wanted then spent 24hrs telling me it was saving before I could download, in the end today I just restarted the computer. No I need credits. I paid nearly $1800 already for the adobe package and you want me to pay more!! I'm so glad there are more and more free or cheaper alternatives with more options and are less hassle.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I truly understand how frustrating this must have been—especially after investing so much time and money into the Adobe suite.

To help us better understand and resolve the issue, could you please clarify a few things?

 

  1. Did you receive any error messages during the saving or download process?
  2.  Which platform are you working on? Is it on a desktop or a mobile app?
  3.  Is it happening on all projects or on a specific one?

We want to make sure you're getting the full value from your subscription, and if something isn’t working as expected, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Once I have a bit more detail.
