Bulk Create and Generate in Adobe Express

The "Bulk Create and Generate" option in Adobe Express is not working. Its stuck in the reading your layers. Any suggestions?

    Hello Tarun,

    Thank you for your response. Yes, I’ve tried using different browsers and even incognito mode. I also downloaded the app on a separate desktop and attempted to access it there, but unfortunately, nothing is working.

    I also tried using the 'Bulk Create' option within Express, not the Add function, but I’m experiencing the same issue — it just keeps loading and nothing happens.

    Please let me know if there’s anything else I can try or if you need additional details to troubleshoot.

    Thank you for the details and for trying all those steps 🙏. I understand how frustrating it is when Bulk Create and Generate get stuck. I’ve shared your case with our engineering team so they can investigate the issue further.

    Could you confirm the file type and size of the layers you’re trying to use? This will help us identify potential causes.

    In the meantime, make sure your browser or app is updated to the latest version, and try reducing the number of layers in a test project to see if it processes successfully.

    Hi @Jain_Parassery,

     

    We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
