Can no longer create scheduled (or even unscheduled) posts

When trying to created a scheduled post (or store an idea as an unscheduled post) I am given the following errors from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Linked in (reference screenshots). As I eliminated each social media account in order to post in the accounts that are left, one by one they each give a false error about the amount of images recognized that I'm trying to post (again, refer to the screenshots).
