Can not open my projects in new version

Can not open my projects in new version. It says, "Sorry, something went wrong! We could not convert your file. please try again". I downloaded the new version but elected not to convert my files at that time. Could that be the reason? Very disappointed in this whole "new version". The old one was perfect. Thinking of leaving

    After trying all your suggestion I'm still

    having the problem. Any ideas?

        Hi,
        Nope nothing worked. Still won’t open. Should I uninstall the mobile app
        and then reinstall it?
