Can Only Type Or Delete One Character In Duplicated Text Box

1. Adobe Express Web App (so I presume the newest version)

2. Microsoft Edge Browser Running On Windows 10

3. After I duplicate a text box, I attempt to type or delete multiple characters

4. I can only type or delete one character at a time (the cursor then remains idle), to fix this I currently have to refresh the browser on every text duplication

 

Know you guys are very busy, but just thought I'd put this forward as I don't see a thread related to this exact issue in the search (lots of other text related stuff). Thanks

Hi Tarun, yes I have tried both Chrome and Edge (Chrome also being a new install so cookies shouldnt be an issue I imagine? Though I will try to clear them anyway and see if this works). Have not tried incognito mode yet either so will also try that. Iv noticed the problem doesn't happen on older files when I revisit them to work on (the problem only began a few months back, before then there was no issue). Im guessing either an OS/Browser/Adobe Web App update has occured and thrown something out (I even tried a factory reset on my laptop as it needed one anyway, but this hasnt fixed anything).

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you try in Incognito mode? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, restart the browser and let us know if that helps
