Hey @Jon33314855zw77,

This shouldn't be happening! Please provide us with more details on your workflow and let us know if any error messages are popping up. Is this happening with any specific project type, or are all projects inaccessible or downloadable? Sharing a screen recording works best for understanding this.

 

Also, I'd suggest you try once in private/incognito browsing mode, or you may try after clearing the cache/cookies in the browser.
