I can't access my projects. It's down. I have to have this by morning. I have my own business and I use this. It really messed me up bc I have things scheduled to be posted and I can't now bc yalls stuff is down. Pls fix this asap
For me, the problem resolves itself, after a time... a few hours or in this case over the weekend. Same browser left open, where I was SOL on Friday, is working today!

This happened to me a few days ago, and now again this afternoon. I've done everything suggested. Seems to be a server issue. Adobe items, fonts or images are not able to load. I even tried a new document...

- Test from a different device (if using a mobile device test from a computer) - Test using a different internet connection if possible - If using a mobile device, try restarting the device (this kind of thing https://adobe.ly/4pUOzK4 ) - Test if the issue occurs in all files or just the original with the issue - Try making a duplicate instance of the problem file and see if the issue persists there
Is Express having problems again today? I saw that I needed to move templates into Projects and when I go to do that it hasn't moved, I've tried it several times.
I am having the exact same problem. This is a disaster. Should have chosen a different suite of apps bc now I can't print or download any of my work. It's a disaster. A week of work is gone.
Considero que esto es muy triste, el domingo empiezo a estudiar un posgrado, en la tarde empiezo a dar mi primera materia en una universidad, tengo que entregar diferentes actividades a mis jefes porque se empeazara una campañá el lunes con escuelas preparatorias, tengo material de mi proyecto personal que es musica que debo editar, queria aprovechar a editar mi cv por que este fin de semana hay un evento que esperaba participar para mejorar personalmente, no es justo que siendo una aplicación tan grande no pueda contemplar un fallo de este nivel, simplemente pienso que con tantas personas en el mundo se podria plantear una estrategia para tener agentes las 24 hrs, es decir que cuando en unos lugares sea de dia sean estas mismas personas las que brinden la atención en lugares donde ya es horario de madrugada, me siento desanimado, pues he aprendido a amar a esta app, porque simplemente me costo mucho crear algo que me gustara, fuera inteligente, y lograra trasmitir lo que mi mente plantea, mal enserio muy mal , espero que de todos modos esto se soluciones antes de que amanezca, creo que pudieramos igual juntarnos todos y hacer un mensaje consiso que le demos la atencion y seguimiento a ese mismo para que lo vean, saludos a todos, y suerte ojala que todos puedan entregar sus proximos trabajos

Same for me, can't access anything from any device, browser, and browsing mode. Unfortunatly my business is on hold until I'm able to access my files. I missed an important deadline because of this and I am seriously thinking of using an alternative platform
