Using Old Express, I cannot access Media, Text, Elements and Grids. It just suddenly happened. I tried trouble shooting and no success. I am able to get them using BETA, but all my projects are on the Old Express.

Hi @Lori 1202,

Thank you for your patience.

I just saw your post. While I have not seen recent reports about this, I wanted to know if you still require help, as I've been unable to replicate this.

Could you please share more information about where you're trying to access those files from?

Please let us know if you still need assistance. If so, please include a walk-through video of your steps so we can better assist you. Rest assured, we'll be happy to troubleshoot further, and looking forward to hearing from you.
