"Can't access document" error when trying to use Express social media scheduler

Is anyone able to help me access the Adobe Express scheduling tool? I have a premium membership through my work, and when I try to access the scheduling tool, I either get booted back to the main Express page, which doesn't have a share option, or I get the error "Can't access document". It happens on both the web browser and desktop app versions.

Hi @zachary_6667 will it be possible to share your Email Id from which you are using express?

Thanks for the info @zachary_6667,

Could you please let us know if you're using an Enterprise account or an Edu account? I have shared the case with our product team and will keep you posted once there is an update.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi Tarun-yes, I can share a few screenshots. I just tried to open Express in Edge, and the same issue happened from when I was using Chrome. The scheduling option doesn't even appear in the sidebar-image attached.

Hi @zachary_6667,

Welcome to the community! We’re so sorry to hear you’re running into trouble accessing the Adobe Express scheduling tool.

Could you let us know if you’ve tried using a different browser to see if the issue persists? Also, is this happening with all your documents or just specific ones?

If possible, please share a screen recording of the issue—this will help us better understand what’s happening and guide you more effectively.

Thanks for your patience, and we’ll do our best to help you get this sorted!

Regards,

Tarun
