Can't access my files!

I have Adobe Express through work and a personal subscription. I can get into my work account just fine, but when I log into my personal account my files aren't there and I get the message:"Something went wrong - Please refresh Adobe Express." I have refreshed it, closed the browser, and restarted my computer and am still having this problem. I have a major project I need to finish tonight and would appreciate some support! My previous chat did not resolve the issue.

Same here and I have a deadline to meet... like please fix this already, I pay monthly for this service, I expect it to work

This seems to be happening with LOTS of people. It's happening with me. I don't know how long it's been going on but it seems like a while, in which case, shameful that this isn't fixed already.
