Can't access old Express files

I cannot access my old files from Adobe Express in the New Adobe Express. The option to import stuff in my files doesn't exist, I can't download them from the cloud, and I couldn't convert them from the old Express and only ever got an error message (I can't even get to the old Express anymore.) The chat customer service has been thoroughly unhelpful and I am potentially going to have to recreate all my files from scratch if this isn't fixed
