Can't access or view shared brand

Hi,

 

My colleague is trying to share a brand folder with me. I’ve received the email invitation, however, when I click open to collaborate, an image of a lock appears on the screen. There is also no way of viewing it when I select ‘brand’ through the other methods and it says that nothing has been shared. 

 

I’m on a free premium trial until May and my colleague is also on a premium account. 

Any help greatly appreciated.

    Hi ​@JennSw91, Thanks for reaching out! 

    Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of the error you’ve mentioned along with the workflow recording? It’ll help us better understand the issue.

     

    As of now, it seems that the brand shared with you might have a premium asset, like a font, tied to it, and you may not have access to it. This may have raised the ‘lock’ that you mentioned.
