Can't access or view shared brand
Hi,
My colleague is trying to share a brand folder with me. I’ve received the email invitation, however, when I click open to collaborate, an image of a lock appears on the screen. There is also no way of viewing it when I select ‘brand’ through the other methods and it says that nothing has been shared.
I’m on a free premium trial until May and my colleague is also on a premium account.
Any help greatly appreciated.
