Can't access premium features in adobe express on desktop browser

Hello,

I am using a corporate account through my workplace, and I previously could view all the premium assets and design features. However, now only the free items are displaying. Before, the premium assets were displayed with a little crown in the corner. Now when I open a folder (for example: Elements>Design Assets>Brushes>Color and Light) it says 23 results, but I can only see 8. I have attached a screenshot of what I am viewing.

This is really frustrating, as I really do use a lot of the design elements.
