Can't add photo

We're sorry to hear about this. Would you mind sharing the workflow of how you're doing this? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Did you recently make any changes to your browser, like installing a plugin? 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies of the browser to check if that helps.
