Can't connect adobe express to business instagram

I have tried clearing my browser cache, going icognito, trying multiple devices and nothing is allowing me to reconnect my previously connected business account to my adobe express. Can someone help here on what I should do next?

I have done the following:

 

-Allowed all permissions through Instagram/Meta business suite/facebook

-Ensured my instagram is associated with my business page on facebook

-Ensured 2 factor authentication is selected through meta business suite

-Logging out of all accounts and logging back in

-Going incognito and clearing all browser/cache data and cookies

 

None of the above has worked. I have been previously connected for the last 6 months through this same instagram account and it was only now that I've had this connection issue.

Hello @Loaded Poppockets, sorry for any frustration caused. Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue:

Please ensure that Adobe Express has the necessary permissions to access your Instagram account by checking your Instagram settings. Try logging out of both accounts and then logging back in, and attempt to reconnect them through Adobe Express. Ensure both Adobe Express and Instagram are updated to their latest versions. I had the same issue and this was eventually my solution.

Make sure your Instagram account is linked with a Facebook page (not Facebook account). If not, make a Facebook page (not account) and link your page with the Instagram account through Facebook.

If your Instagram is linked with only a Facebook account it won't work, you have to link with a fb page.
