Can't connect to instagram

I've tried over and over to connect to instagram and all I get is a connection failed message. I can't connect the standard facebppk channel fine. But not instragram. I've tried multiple browsers. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting eveything as per the video that your support team posted. Makes no difference. Another thread I read said this is a bug that has been resolved but it obviously hasn't. Can someone please help me with this as posting to instagram is the primary reason I subscribed to this service.
