Can't connect with Facebook/Instagram for social media

Did everything what is required, as described in the video:

- Transformed my IG account to Business

- Removed Adobe Express from FB

- IG and FB are connected

- Connection with IG through FB ---> fails

 

What else, the connections still fails (everything's fine with linkedin and tiktok).

To connect with Meta? 

Quite a challenge to get someboday on that.

Unfortunately, this is not an option for me, this is why I reached out on the message boards, I have reached out to my work admin as advised but they are unable to help.

I think Adobe can't fix it...otherwise there would be at least a bit of feedback on several messages.

 

Really a pity they can't offer this feature (and I need to find something else)

Hi, this has not worked, and is really just what I have tried before. I cannot use the Adope help link, as it redirects me to my own institution's IT support, who have been unable to solve this frustrating issue. I will keep trying, and in the meantime, I would appreciate any support that may be available if anyone else experiences the same issue.
