Can't copy

Hi, I moved all my files into the new version and anything that I didn't create in the new version, I now can't access or duplicate. This is very frustrating; I have to recreate a lot here. I wouldn't have moved them all over if I knew I'd have issues like this. I also can't seem to remove background without errors anymore. Have to use PS. It's becoming more difficult by the moment and I was a huge fan of this for a long time. If I can't access my prior work, I'm tempted to just restart in canva. Being able to reference my content prior was keeping me in Adobe.
