Can't create, edit or save a flyer. Can't DO ANYTHING

I'm trying to create a flyer in Adobe Express. I'm getting a message that says, "Can't save" - "You no longer have access to Adobe Express. Contact your admin for details." BUT I AM THE ADMIN. I tried to do another 30-day Trial (thinking I might be able to get access that way), but I got a warning saying that the purchase isn't supported because I already own Adobe Express. (See the screen shot.) I just need to create a flyer for an Open House happening TOMORROW!  PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance!
