Can't delete a photo from glide show in webpages

I added a glide show, received an error message that the photo I chose for the glide show cannot be found, and now I cannot delete the glide show from my web page. I tried opening it in another web browser and have tried deleting it over the span of several days, including on different computers. I do not want to create a new page because I already distributed the URL.
