I cannot download my 0:50 second video as adobe is "still working on it"-- How can I download it?

Sorry about the problem.

 

I've downloaded a 50-second video, and I can play it. 

We recommend checking the Internet connection. Try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser. You will see how to do it for Chrome here.

 

Sometimes, closing the tab and reopening it may help. You can log out, log in to your session, and try downloading again. 
If the issue persists, please send a screenshot or a screen record so we can see what you're experiencing.
