Can't download from adobe express

I've got the download button (which it seems some people are missing). Click it and get the error message below. I've tried clearing cache and cookies and turning computer off and back on, all of which were suggested as solutions on other posts.  Can't share to google drive either. Express just won't export.

      @Amitej S Should have tagged you, but yes! Still having the issue exporting a video (a short animation). Experiencing the issue on chrome on a mac, chrome on a PC, express app on iphone and ipad.

      Can you and @Amanda4lb38n9fc share the URLs of your affected projects so we can investigate this? You can share the URLs via a community direct message, which will be private and not publicly available. 

       

      You can do so by clicking on the message icon at the top right corner of the community page. The screen below will then come up.

      Yes! Mine is a video as well. Should have mentioned that. I forgot you can do stills (I only ever do animations in express).

          Still a problem, yes. Download just keeps failing. I've tried on an iPhone (app), an iPad (app), a Mac computer (on chrome)

          Storage capacity shouldn't be an issue. Thanks for the idea, though!
