can't download image

i keep getting an error message saying the platform is working on my image and i'll be able to download it soon. it's taking ages and i need to download the image now. not sure what's happening--everything loaded just fine

I checked your logs and we seem to have an issue with two Adobe Stock assets. Do these names help identify them?

Rectangle bleu et rose dégradé
Sticker label isolated

If so, you could try re-adding them from Adobe Stock (e.g. Media panel or Elements > Design assets panel)
