Can't download images

I keep getting the message that something went wrong when trying to download a PDF for print and a PNG file from Adobe Express. I have cleared the cache and restarted the computer. I have also tried from the mobile app. I have also received a message that Adobe Stock is experiencing problems. However, when I check Adobe Status, it says the problem has been resolved and closed.

    we had an issue earlier this morning, but it seems to be resolved. Can you try reloading the application, opening you file again, and retrying the download? ​@TDMetzger
