Can't download or add new items

no ability to download or add new items as seen in the screen shot, have cleared cache, signed out etc etc to no effect.

Hey @default35102490gyh0j2,

Since when are you having trouble with this issue, is it still not functioning? Have you tried working on a different browser or in private/incognito mode? You can also try switching to another internet connection to check if that makes any difference.
