Can't download PDF from Adobe Express

I'm unable to download PDF files from Adobe Express. JPEG and PNG images work fine. I've cleared history, cache, and restarted the computer. I've also worked from different internet connection points with no success. This is a simple, single pager. HELP!

I have 3 different pdfs, one is 7 pages, one is 5 and the last is 4.  If I leave it to try to download for a significant period of time, when I return I have a message that it was unable to download and to try again.  I did not try another browser.  During the beta testing (which I was a part of) I was told to use Google Chrome, so I use that browser for Adobe Express (and only for Adobe Express, as it is not my preferred browser).

I will follow up with the URL to one of the projects via private message.

Hi Robin,

Thanks for the additional details. I was able to recreate the issue with our testing account and have shared it with our developers. I'll keep you posted on what I find out.

I'm having a similar problem.  I can download single page pdfs, but I have several multipage pdf presentations that get to 90% downloaded and will not go any further.  I spent several hours yesterday trying to get them to download and then shutdown the computer and tried again today to no avail.  I do have the Print thing from Zazzle pop up, but I'm not looking to physically print, I just need to download readable pdfs.  Can you assist?

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know how many pages are there in the PDF you're trying to download? Is this a shared file? 

 

Also, to investigate further, can you share the project URL with us? You can create a copy of your project and give me edit access to that via private message.

Hi Tarun, 

 

I'm using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. When choosing to download the Standard PDF, it will get to 100% complete and nothing else happens. I don't receive an error message or anything. 

I've cleared history and cache with no luck. I even restarted the computer twice and tried 3 different internet connections, so I'm out of ideas on what the issue could be.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try with another browser? Are you getting any error messages? What's happening when you're trying to download a PDF?

 

Also, if that doesn't work, can you share the project URL with us to investigate the edit access via private message?
