Good morning.... 

So happy to report things are downloading fine now...even with the photo I really wanted.

I guess time helps... or patience 😉

These hiccups do help me learn things.... clearing cache and history seems to be a standard 😉  Learned about the licensing and having to 'download' adobe photos sometimes.... that was differenct... 🙂

Sorry to see that there is no response to your post...i'm having the exact same issue this morning.... cna you share any insight... did you figure out the fix?  I've already cleared my cache/history .... and re-logged in.  I thought maybe it was a licensing thing with the picture i wanted, but when I tried another photo it didn't work for PDF but, like you, I could download the PNG file.....

Not sure what else I can do....

We're sorry to hear about this. Can you please let us know what happens when you try to download the file as PDF? Do you get any error messages? Did you try in incognito mode? Try duplicating the file. Did you try on the mobile app if you're facing the same issue there? 

 

Also, if you recently installed any plugins or extensions, try disabling them and see if that helps.
