Can't download .png

We're sorry for the delay. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, are you getting any error messages? Is it happening with all PNG files?

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
