Can’t download PNG or JPG on iOS

Can't download image from Adobe Express on iPhone.  PDF works but not png or jpg.   Tried updating the app, no luck.

 

Any ideas?

    Woke up this morning, tried it again and it worked.  Not working 30 minutes later.  Restarted the app and it worked again.

    so weird.

    I've been having this issue for maybe 3 days now. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app without any success. Surprisingly it still lets me make PDFs of the files I'm working with but not jpg or png files.

    Same, for the past several hours. I did install the latest iOS update yesterday, so perhaps the iOS app just hasn't been updates yet. I hope!

      Works fine on desktop.  iOS download png & jpg still not working.

        I also deleted and reinstalled adobe express, same behavior.
