Can't download this template

I keep getting this message when trying to download a template resume. Why am I recieving this message? I have full premium membership to all Adobe Creative Cloud software plus this is a free template.

    I'm having the same problem with Stock 334907688 and 201945707. I have a full membership and about 80 stock credits. AND, this project needs to be out TODAY.

    Stock asset ID #404709447 and #404709447 are not available anymore. You'd have to replace this image, and you'll be able to download the file.


    @dilpreetd7045261 I looked at your account and can see your Adobe Stock subscription has been inactive since 22 Dec 2019 at 15:28:05. You currently have a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription.

     

    The Adobe Stocks plan is currently not part of the Creative Cloud All Apps plan.
