Can't download video project - cpf-temp-repo-ew1-prod.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com

I've been trying to download a video project for an hour on 3 different browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox; however the download will not succeed. On Chrome, the download seems completed on Adobe Express web page but nothing downloads to my PC. In Edge & Firefox I get the below error message: 

Hmmm… can't reach this page

It looks like cpf-temp-repo-ew1-prod.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com closed the connection.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall

 

I need to urgently download this video to my PC. I worked on it for days and now all my progress is lost. Could you please look into this bug asap?

    In the meantime, you might try clearing your browser cache or using a different network to see if that helps. We’ll update you as soon as we have more information.
