Can't download video. Stuck on "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon."

Using the Web editor and get the following message for nearly a day when I try to download my video:

"We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon."

No other posts on this topic presented a resolution. If support gets involved, the name of the Project is 'Pullen Park Video'. This makes me want to cancel my subscribtion, Adobe.
