Can't download with mobile app Adobe Express

I use Oneplus 10 pro and latest version of the Adobe Express app is somehow unable to download anything in to my device. Makes super difficult to use the app, I have to open my laptop, then download the images, video, etc and move them to my drive and post.

i'm having problems with the desktop app with downloading the content I have three devices iPad iPhone and the desktop I'm having problems on mobile devices the desktop app is OK I cannot download contents that I create in Adobe Express app it says it's downloaded in my camera roll but when I open the camera roll app the content is not there I tried downloading it in my documents app and it's not working as well it is downloading PNG format and not and I'm not able to view the content.

I've been having the same issue with not being able to download my created work.

I used to be able to but recently this year I can't.

I haven't noticed a solution on this forum, unless I'm missing something so thought I would raise it again in the hope that someone can help. I used to be able to but recently this year I can't.

We understand how important it is to download your work directly from the Adobe Express mobile app. Since this was working before, and has recently stopped, it could be linked to app permissions or a recent update.

Here are a few quick steps to try:

  1. Check app permissions: Go to your phone settings > Apps > Adobe Express > Permissions, and ensure Storage permission is enabled.

  2. Clear cache: In app settings, try clearing the cache and restarting the app.

  3. Update the app: Make sure you're on the latest version from the Play Store.

  4. Try exporting from a new project to see if the issue is project-specific.

If the problem continues, please reach out via in-app support (Profile icon > Help > Contact us), so we can look into your account and logs.

My device is OnePlus 11R and I have recently updated my system. I've also tried reinstalling the application multiple times over the last few days.

Hi!

 

I have been facing the exact same problem for a few days now. The files are not downloading onto my phone. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps you've suggested multiple times but nothing seems to work. 

 

Hope there's a solution to this!

Hello! Thanks for quick response.

I tried to uninstall and install a again, it works fine, but gets stuck in
downloading. It prepares image well, but gets stuck to this and
nothing happens.

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps. Is this downloading issue happening with any single project you download or with every project? Also, Try clearing the app's cache and cookies on your device and restarting the device again to check if that helps.
