Can't Edit Text

I added a text bubble and I am unable to edit that text because the screen the pops up with the edit options doesn't show up. I can't finish my work if I can't edit this.

    We've just deployed a fix for this; if you have Adobe Express open in a browser tab, please make sure to reload it to pick up the fix.

      I did run into this situation a few times, but reloading the page worked for me.
